Project information is treated as business-confidential input.
What is collected
When you submit a manufacturing brief, TOPRUN receives the contact and company details, product selections, quantities, project notes, delivery information and files you provide.
Why it is used
The information is used to assess product feasibility, understand the requested scope, prepare a quotation, communicate about the project and maintain a record of the request.
Project files
Tech packs, logos, measurement charts and reference files are associated with the submitted RFQ. Do not upload information that you are not authorized to share.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorized TOPRUN project administrators. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate, quote and follow up on the project, and to meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask your TOPRUN project representative to correct or delete submitted information, subject to applicable contractual, operational and legal requirements.
